1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Top Corner FC (the “Service”), operated by Top Corner FC Entertainment LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or continuing to use the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
3. Service Description
Top Corner FC is a daily soccer trivia game covering World Cup, Olympics, national teams, clubs, and women’s football. Free users receive one daily match. Premium subscribers receive unlimited replays and additional features as described on the pricing page.
4. Account & Credentials
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it updated.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: unlawful use; fraud or spam; intellectual property infringement; security interference (malware, probing, scraping); or any activity that disrupts the Service or harms other users.
6. Intellectual Property
Top Corner FC Entertainment LLC retains all ownership rights in the Service, including software, content, documentation, branding, and trademarks. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within the scope of your selected plan.
7. Payments & Subscriptions
Payments, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are handled by our online reseller, Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Please refer to Paddle's Buyer Terms for full details.
8. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
10. Limitation of Liability
Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill), except where prohibited by law.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
